Churn KPI

/internal/churn-kpi shows predictive churn data for the active workspace.

You’ll see:

• Average churn probability across all scored users.
• At-risk count — users in the High + Critical buckets.
• Distribution bar chart by risk band (Low / Medium / High / Critical).
• 7-day trend sparkline showing the direction of average churn.
• Top 10 at-risk users — sorted by score; click into a user to see their event timeline (Users).

Scores are computed by a nightly job. If no scores have been generated yet (e.g. brand-new workspace), the page tells you so.
